This project’s mission was to breathe new life into an 1960’s apartment building. Upgrading did not necessarily imply modernization, although some new technology and user interfaces help bring this building to relevancy.

This project focused on the user experience within the units, and kept the stark utilitarian design of the exterior such as it was.
